Snæfellsás sits just off the main street in Hellissandur, a few minutes from Route 574, and the apartment occupies the ground floor with no stairs to negotiate after a driving day. The terrace and patio face both sea and mountain, which is the less common orientation in a village where most windows choose one or the other. Mornings are the standout.
