Helluhóll climbs slightly above the main street in Hellissandur, a few minutes from Route 574, and the free private parking sits on site, which matters when six people arrive with luggage. The house has three bedrooms, a living room and a sofa bed, so a group splits without anyone taking the floor. Evenings run on the kitchen: fully equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine and a children's high chair, with a washing machine for the middle of a longer trip. A flat screen television and parquet floors cover the indoor hours. Outside, a garden and terrace with outdoor dining look over sea, mountain and town, and the sightline south towards Snæfellsjökull is open.
